A little about me
I know what it’s like to be stressed and in serious need of some self care.
Awhile back I just didn’t make time for myself. I was working long hours and really stressed out…I even started to experience physical symptoms of stress like headaches and chest pain.
And then I decided to make self care a priority.
With a certificate in Wellness Counseling from Cornell University and my own personal experience, I will help you find ways to reduce stress, improve mental health, and add self care into your busy daily routine.
what is self care?
You might hear the term “self care” thrown around a lot but might be wondering…what is self care and why is it important for your well-being?
Self care is the practice of actively managing your health, well-being, and happiness, specifically during times of stress. This includes physical, mental, and emotional health.
Self care is not a fad – it is an essential part of maintaining your overall health and wellness.
