Is Self Care Sunday your favorite day of the week?  Me too!  Except now I think of everyday as an opportunity for self care.  A few years ago, I was feeling really burned out between school, work, and life.  I had a packed schedule, and I didn’t prioritize myself.  But then I realized no matter how much I accomplished in my schedule, it’s all for nothing if I don’t give myself a little TLC, too.

I am an avid self care enthusiast and going to be your biggest supporter!  I have a Certificate in Wellness Counseling from Cornell University, and have also been on a personal self care journey to improve my mental health that I can’t wait to share with you.  For me, self care means many things.  It includes the products I put on my skin, the exercises I take to the gym, and the food I put in my body.  But it also includes setting aside time for daily meditation, exploring nature, and filling my life with the right people.

In today’s world with life’s daily stresses, we could all use a little more self care.  So let’s get to it!
