31 Fall Self Care Ideas to Embrace the Season

It’s officially that time of year – Fall. That magical time when the leaves on the trees change colors and the temperature goes from hot and humid to just chilly enough for a light jacket. Not only is Fall my favorite time of year…but there are tons of Fall self care ideas that I love to do every year.

If you’re like me and feel a sense of joy as soon as it hits late September, you’re likely looking for some great ways to care for yourself AND celebrate the season.

This post is going to give you 31 Fall self care ideas that will last you until Winter.

Try a new idea every day in October or spread them out – totally up to you!

1. Go apple picking

One of the best Fall activities is to go apple picking. Not only will it be fun and relaxing, but you’ll be left with lots of good fruit to eat and enjoy later.

2. Treat yourself to some Fall clothes

Another Fall self care idea is to update your wardrobe for the new season. Pick out some cozy sweaters, a new vest, or a soft scarf to look cute and feel comfortable throughout Fall.

3. Update your skin care routine

Updating your skin care routine as the seasons change is always a good idea. During the summer it’s warmer out, so your focus might be light moisture and SPF.

However, when the cooler weather hits during the Fall, your skin might feel a little drier. I recommend upgrading to a moisturizer that’s a little thicker to pack a heavier punch when the nights feel cool.
