I know, as a former caffeine addict myself, this can be difficult to achieve, but don’t think of it as an all or nothing thing.

Cutting your daily consumption in half or switching from coffee to a less caffeinated option like tea are also good options.

Breaking a caffeine addiction is difficult, but it’s possible to break your caffeine addiction without experiencing too many withdrawal symptoms.
